Consider opening your mind. No, this is not a comment about closed-mindedness or an insult directed toward anyone, but rather simply to let you know of an upcoming opportunity! First, this is not the official announcement as the website is not quite ready to begin accepting registrations, but…I’d like to give you a little heads up on the 2008 Open Minds conference in Indianapolis in September. Open Minds will bring educators from all over the US and Canada together to share knowledge and to learn more about Open Source technology in schools and classrooms. Think of it as FOSSED on the national scale. I’ll be sure to post more details and links as soon as they become available.
